IMPORTANT NOTES FOR OUR CLIENTS:

• Upon the client’s entry into the vehicle the taximeter must be running with initial (start) price of 25 kunas. If not, the client is not obliged to pay the service

• Maximum 4 passengers are allowed into the taxi vehicle

• To obtain our transfer pricing according above specified prices it is strongly recommended to avoid any kind of mediators or agencies but to contact directly our drivers or dispatcher dialing: 00 385 20 970.

• If you are having problems with taxi service payment, please ask for proper invoice with seal, drive details and vehicle registration and call us on 00 385 (0) 800 0970. The same telephone number you can use also for other complaints, critics or suggestions.
